I took off Newark on a really windy day on N762SW. Captain ran it a lot harder on the throttle, but had to since it was from the short runway 29. Takeoff was much smoother than expected and climb rate was jaw-dropping. Glad I wasn't landing in Newark that day. Scares me when they reduce speed going through turbulence. I understand why they do it but I still want to keep full power going up faster to get through it faster......just idle thoughts.

Thanks for sharing this very short flight. I am amazed at how short some flights are due to geographical reasons. I saw a flight on Vemeo that lasted 1 minute 15 seconds as the two airfields were on two mountain tops across a valley of rain forest that would take at least a full day to cross instead on land.
